How do I find out the price of my reservation?

We only make reservations on request, meaning our offers are guaranteed to be the best available, and exclusive to our guests. After you have requested your desired high-end stay you will receive a personalised offer from the accommodation within 24 hours.

What does “on request” mean?

Making reservations “on request” means that we are able to provide our guests with both optimum rates, and exclusive offers. You will receive the rate of your requested high-end stay directly from the accommodation, and within 24 hours. We ensure pricing transparency for our guests: there are no hidden booking fees.

Can you hold the booking for me for 24 hours?

Whether we can hold the booking for you depends upon the policy of the accommodation in question. Contact us directly about this and we will let you know if this is a possibility.

How can I cancel my booking?

We’ll be sad to see you go! But if you do need to cancel your reservation for any reason please do so by contacting us directly. We will then review the cancellation policy and contact the high-end stay on your behalf. We’ll be in constant communication with you throughout the process.

Are transfers to and from the airport included?

Unless explicitly specified, airport transfers are not included in the accommodation’s rate. We can of course arrange transfers for you: just ask!

I’d like my accommodation to be included in your portfolio. Is this possible?

How do you select each High End Stay?

A villa, hotel, spa, or any other unique high-end stay has to be really something special to feature in our exclusive and hand-picked portfolio. Our extensive research process across destinations across the world has been fine-tuned over 15 years of experience in the rental & property industry. When we can, we visit each stay to make sure it aces those finishing touches that are best seen in person.

I would like to make my trip a little more personal. What options are there for this?

Custom Travel. We simply love to personalise each high-end stay experience to suit each and every of your unique preferences. And we hope to impress our guests with the magic we can work! Can I chat to anyone on your team in a language other than English?

Of course! We love to make the communication process as easy and clear for our guests as possible. Other than English we also speak Dutch, Spanish and Italian. Feel free to test out our language skills!

What payment methods do you accept?

After we have confirmed your booking, we accept payment by credit card or Ideal online payment.

Are any hidden costs or booking fees included?

No! At High End Stay you can trust us to provide transparent pricing, with no hidden fees or booking costs.

What if I find a better price elsewhere?
