This very unique family owned property features a manor house dating back to the 16th century, six luxuriously renovated classic Tuscan villas, three cottages and fourteen suites.

All services are supplied in full compliance with the rules established by the health authorities to ensure the utmost safety and guarantee a dream holiday without any concerns.

• Services included in the rate are: Electricity, heating, Air/Co, water, gas, final cleaning and VAT, Breakfast (food and beverage included), Staff: waiter for breakfast and dinner, cook for dinner, maid for daily cleaning, daily change of bath towels, Mid-week change of bed linen, pool towels, Wi-Fi Garden and pool maintenance, private parking.
• Services which are not included are food and beverages for dinner, extra cook service, babysitting, City tax.
• Common facilities are the Viesca’s Reception which is open every day from 8.30am to 7.30pm. Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Viesca where to buy local and organic products, have breakfast, light lunch, dinner or enjoy an aperitif. • The villa also includes a chapel that dates back to XVI century where romantic weddings can be celebrated a private infinity pool with outdoor furniture and sun loungers a large outdoor private parking
• Something to celebrate? Viesca - Il Borro Toscana can be rented for amazing destination weddings. For the exclusive use we ask for a minimum stay of 2-3 nights and e can accommodate a maximum number of 114 guests and the reception saloons can host up to 180 guests.
• Villa Viesca is a no smoking Villa; Pets allowed, giving notice in advance.
• Extras to book: Extra housekeeping € 20 per hour. Babysitting € 20 per hour(day) | € 25 (night). Arrival pantry shopping € 30.
• City tax € 1 per adult per night, adults only, up to 6 nights . Security deposit Superior Villas € 1500,- euro, cash or credit card as a guarantee.
• Villa Viesca for 12 persons 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, € 2380,- per night during low season and € 3500,- euro during high season. Villa Viesca for 18 persons, 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, € 3150,- euro per night during low season and € 4250,- euro per night during high season.
