• The ground floor combines a spacious studio, living and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen. In the heart of the villa, a central bamboo atrium allows natural light and dazzling sea views to pour in from floor-to-ceiling windows.
• Upstairs, three en suite bedrooms each with outdoor terraces provide the perfect spot to sip a morning espresso or an evening aperitif. The fourth bedroom is separated from the rest of the villa to form a secluded haven with a private entrance.

• If you prefer to have in-villa daily breakfast (cooked, prepared and served by a dedicated Villa’s Assistant), you can upgrade to the premium level services for 300 VAT included per day. The breakfast at Biongiorno Restaurant will be excluded when update to the premium level. Extra charge Premium: • 4 Bedrooms Villa's 300,- euro VAT included per day.
• 4 bedrooms maximum occupancy is 9 pax (an extra bed can be settled in the living room - a rollaway bed) - note; the 4th bedroom is a detached casita.
• There is the possibility of creating sets of two communicating Villas through a passage in the greenery of the dividing part.
• Check-in time is 4.00 p.m. local time. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. local time. Early Check-in/ Late check-out are subject to availability and request.
• The Municipality of Sciacca implemented a City Tax of Euro 1,00 per person, per night for every guest over the age of 12. Guests will have to pay the City Tax sum directly at check- out time.
• Fully trained and vaccinated cats or dogs under 6kg are welcome at the villas. Maximum one pet per villa. Please ensure pets comply with the pet policy behaviour guidelines which will be distributed upon arrival.
