• The house is surrounded by 2 and a half acres of stunning landscaped gardens with mature olive trees, banks of lavender and a vast array of shrubs.
• The main house, Capanne, is approached through a lovely courtyard, with the first floor still accessible via the original staircase. Adjacent to the main house are the main terrace, eating areas, pergola and horizon swimming pool.
• On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, gas range, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and coffee making machine. There is also a breakfast table with seating for six. Off the kitchen is a laundry and utility room, which contains both a washing machine and separate dryer, with ironing facilities. There is also a separate WC. Leading from the kitchen is a spectacular dining and living room, which is presided over by the great fireplace. The antique French oak dining table can seat eight comfortably or be modified to seat twelve. The living room also has a large satellite SMART TV, with a VCR and DVD. There is also a Hi-Fi unit. A selection of videos and CD's are provided for guest's enjoyment. At the top of the stairs leading from the main sitting room there is a large games room. This has a snooker / table tennis table, sofa and sitting area and a large selection of board and other games. Off the games room there are a further three double bedrooms with queen size beds, each with en-suite bathrooms.
• Master suite / Yellow Room. The master suite features large double bedroom, with stunning valley views and en suite bathroom with shower and hydro-massage bath.
• Blue Room Leading from the main sitting room, down the corridor, there is a large bedroom with a double or two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Off this corridor is also another separate WC.
• Pink Room Bedroom with two singles or one double and en suite bathroom with shower. Green Room Bedroom with two singles or one double and en suite bathroom with shower.
• The second house, Cottage, Capannetta, is adjacent to the main Villa, but separate and self-contained offering a further two double bedrooms both en-suite. There is an external covered terrace, with seating for six and stunning views of the surrounding forests, Monte Acuto and the monastery, whose distant bells provide a musical backdrop each day.
• Capannetta has two double bedrooms, each with queen size beds, with modern en-suite bathrooms (one with hydro-massage bath). The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and gas range, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A dining room with adjacent living room contains a comfortable seating area, small selection of books, a Bose stereo system. A Satellite Smart TV is also provided.
• There is an 'L' shaped infinity pool (Rectangulare 11.30 * 6.30m | Appendice Rectangulare 5 * 4.40m) with a large surrounding terrace for sun beds and loungers. The sun terrace affords magnificent views of the Antognolla Castle and the estate beyond. The pool is salt water treated and has both shallow and deep ends allowing young and old to enjoy it.
• Near the pool is a large covered pergola with seating for 12 and a large gas Weber BBQ. A further separate kitchen garden is adjacent to the main house, and features its own seating area for six people.
• There is undercover parking for three cars and ample space on the driveway for other vehicles.
• Additional services on request; maid service, catering service, tour guides, cooking courses, babysitting, private drivers, pre-shopping service, wedding, events planning service, truffle hunts in the local area, massages and beauty treatments, local winery tours and tasting.
• Rates shown, represents the starting rate during low season for the rental of the Main Villa and the Cottage together. The rental of the Main Villa separately is starting from € 2500,- euro per week during low season and the rental of the Cottage only, from € 800,- euro during low season.
