• Enclosed guarded property 15 minutes from the Barcelona downtown, in MAS RAM, With no restrictions on parking times, with two cut-de-sac roads to access the property and surrounded by a large natural park with only 1 neighbor, shooting in Ibiza style Barcelona is, without a doubt, a great option.
• 5th floor: Large open plan living room with large windows and natural light all day. Incredible views of the sea or the garden, pool, pond, etc. the living room is decorated with a custom made metal table in one piece without central legs. Large Arabic-style sofa by Roche Bobois with an 87 ”television embedded in a wall that imitates bank safes. On the 5th floor we will also find the kitchen and pantry, in stainless steel, with double American refrigerators and large windows with the pool less than 20 cm from the kitchen.
• 4th floor: On this floor we will find the master suite, with a dimension of 240 m2, including a large dressing room by the Karre firm. The room has large windows overlooking the sea and 3 large windows overlooking the interior of the pool more than 3 meters deep. The room has access to the garden through a side door and a large terrace where we will find a swing and sofas with views of the sea and the garden
• 3rd floor: This floor houses 4 guest rooms, two of which are suites. A large gym of 130 m2 fully equipped and with a modern design full of mirrors and led lights that change color as needed. It has an office with a table of more than 8 meters in corian and exit to the vertical garden, where you can see the natural rock of the mountain that was preserved when the house was built. All this decorated with a vertical natural garden.
• Floor 2 and 1: On floor 2 we can only find a 20 m2 suite room with bathroom. On floor 1 there is the machine room and the washing and ironing area for the service.
• Floor 0 Large entrance with more than 6 meters high with access to the garage and photography studio of more than 200 m2 and almost 7m high with a vanity area and courtesy toilet. Large exit gates with sea views and lots of natural light. Street closed with practically no traffic. (Garage / Studio not included in vacation rental)
• The photography studio and the dress room in the master suite are not included for holiday stays.
• Check-in is from 16:00 untill 21:00. Check-out untill 11:00.
• It is a beautiful shooting location. Some points you have to keep in mind. It is a non-smoking location, pets are not allowed. Of course there are some restrictions for music and parties.
• € 2000,- euro per day, for a minimum stay of 7 days in high season and minimum 5 days in low season € 500,- euro cleaning fee, € 5000,- safety deposit.
