Traditional Alentejo hill surrounded by 7 hectares of vineyard where luxury and tradition cross in a singular fashion.
With total six housing units filled with a unique personality and purpose, privacy, exclusivity, and luxury are the keywords that connect the different spaces.
The main building is the original charming boutique hotel with total ten rooms and suites. In this building, there are seven double rooms and three suites, two swimming pools (one of them heated), spa with massage room, Turkish bath and jacuzzi (not exclusively available, access under booking), two fireplaces, kitchen, library, wine bar and living room.
There are four other suites and villas also located on the estate and there is another villa, one kilometres away in the village of Albernoa. They portray the various chapters in the history of this family-style project built around wine. All different yet all the same, with a unique character and purpose, the central planks connecting the different spaces together are privacy, exclusivity and luxury.

- The restaurant is located in the original building, the boutique hotel. The chef Joachim Koerper (has a Michelin star) creates dishes inspired by the local regional cuisine. Every dish is created with the organic produce grown on the estate – from the fields, vineyard, olive grove and pastures.
- Breakfast is served 8-11 am in the main building in the bar area or in ''casa'' if you stay in one of the private casas on the estate.
- The hotel is closed on 24-26 December and the month January.

These 4 exclusive suites of contemporary architecture are located alongside the Original Malhadinha and are equally surrounded by the Peceguina vineyards with views over the Terges Stream. Built in concrete pigmented to the golden colour of hay, they have roughly 100m2 and include a terrace with a private swimming pool.

Suite Casa do Ancorado

Inspired by Alentejo architecture, the Ancoradouro house is a replica of the original Malhadinha concept. Located in the beautiful Herdade do Ancoradouro, surrounded by the grapes Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Franca varieties, it is also plated by the Terges stream, which was navigable in the past.
The 7 suites, with 100 m2 in size and a small private terrace each, stretch around all 880 m2 of area. The terracotta pavement is manually produced by the Beringel Master, it’s made from the clayey soils from the surrounding landscape. This pavement is the ex-libris of this house, where the preservation of tradition and modernism are ever more present.
There are two suites with a fireplace.
All suites have access to the communal pool.
The suites is for 2 guests and it is possible to have 2 extra beds (€ 50,- euro from 3 years) or 1 cot free to 2 years.

Casa da Ribeira

The Ribeira house is the first of the new concept of Exclusive Villas.
Very near the Terges stream (in portuguese ribeira), this house is inspired by Alentejo architecture and the decoration with blue hues reflect the stream’s waters, that are now a trend.
With roughly 370m2 the three suits are distributed along a long corridor with oak wood pavement. Each suite has approximately 75m2 with a private yard. The house also has a kitchen and living room, exterior terraces and a swimming pool with a view over the Terges stream.
