Casa San Gabriel has three beautiful self-contained properties of varying sizes. All have been fully restored, each with their own private terrace, with covered pergolas and beautiful views. It’s located in a stunning valley, surrounded by ancient olive groves, vineyards, woodlands and a scattering of beautiful Umbrian properties. The location has often been described as “Heaven on Earth”, where you can look at the view for hours at a time.
There a number of facilities that the guests can enjoy at Casa San Gabriel including the large Swimming Pool with stunning views down in the valley, the 2 1/2 acres of Gardens with a lovely playground, a Pizza Oven and approx 50 olive trees. And there a number of additional services and items available at Casa San Gabriel.
Apartment “La Cantina”, which offers space for maximum 4 guests. La Cantina (The wine cellar) is perfect for a couple or 2 friends. There is the option of using the sofa bed and having an additional 2 guests staying. The apartment features one bedroom and one bathroom. The prices in low season from €550,- euro – €1050,- euro in peak season.
Apartment “Il Fienile”, which offers space for maximum 6 guests. Split over two levels and is perfect for families. There is the option of using the sofa bed and being able to accommodate extra guests. The apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The prices in low season from €650,- euro – €1495,- euro in peak season.
Apartment “La Stalla”, which offers space for maximum 2 guests. La Stalla (the stable) is the studio apartment with wonderful views down into the valley. The apartment features one bedroom and one bathroom. The prices in low season from €500,- euro – €850,- euro in peak season.

The lower level consists of a fully equipped kitchen and sitting/dining area with a double sofa bed (orthopaedic) and leads onto a private terrace. The internal stairs take you to the top level, with a landing that leads onto a double bedroom (with either twin beds or a double) and a separate bathroom with shower. A cot and or a small bed can be added to this room.

Il Fienile (The Hayloft) is our largest building at Casa San Gabriel. On the ground floor there is bedroom with a bunk bed, the lower level has a small double bed (120 by 200) and the upper level has a single bed and it is possible for a couple to sleep comfortably in the lower level. There is an independent shower and bath room, living/dining area with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Above is a mezzanine level double bedroom with either a double or twin bed, curtained for privacy. The stairs have a permanent gate at the bottom and are blocked at the side to make them child proof. There is a wonderful terrace and private garden to enjoy, with a big oak tree to give welcome shade in the summer.

La Stalla, once an old stable, is perfect for a couple or 2 friends sharing. There is a large terrace surrounding the cottage which contains a kitchenette a bedroom area with either a double or 2 single beds and a separate dining area with 2 comfortable arm chairs. This leads onto a lovely bathroom with shower. A cot or cot bed can be added to the dining area that also has a seperate curtain creating a private area for a baby or young child.
