A Unique Surprise

Casa Arte is a stunning modern and luxury villa of 350 m2, hidden in the middle of two acres of landscaped gardens of pines, palms and olive trees.
The villa features a very appealing uniquely style with signature furnishings from international designers. The interior is minimalist to provide a peaceful ambiance: spacious rooms, subtle designer furniture, spacious and bright bathroom, white walls and mineral concrete floors. The rooms are flooded with light from the views and open up on stunning views from their private terraces.

The first bedroom ensuite of 18.6 m2, has a bathroom with rain shower, queen size bed and direct access to the terrace with garden view.
The second bedroom ensuite of 19.9 m2, has a bathroom with rain shower, king size bed or 2 singles and direct access to terrace with garden view.
The third room is a family room of 14,75 m2, has a queen size bed, shared a bathroom with the fourth bedroom with rain shower and has direct access to terrace with garden view
The fourth room is a family room of 15,65 m2, has a king size bed of 2 singles, shared a bathroom with the third bedroom with rain shower. 
The fifth room is a bedroom ensuite of 15,25 m2, has a bathroom with rain shower & bathub, king size bed or 2 singles and direct access to a terrace open on the garden. There’s a possibility of connecting rooms: bedroom five and six.
